We want you to love your Luxurvin piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- ✦Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- ✦Items must be returned in original packaging
- ✦Sale items and limited edition pieces are final sale and cannot be returned
- ✦Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
- ✦Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
- ✦Exchanges are subject to availability

- ✦Hand wash in cold water with gentle detergent
- ✦Do not wring or twist; gently squeeze out excess water
- ✦Lay flat on a clean towel to dry
- ✦Iron on lowest setting with a pressing cloth
- ✦Dry cleaning is always a safe option
Faux Fur Trim
- ✦Dry clean only for pieces with faux fur trim
- ✦Brush fur gently with a soft bristle brush to maintain texture
- ✦Store on a padded hanger to maintain shape
- ✦Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
- ✦Do not iron the fur trim directly
Embroidered Pieces
- ✦Dry clean recommended for embroidered pieces
- ✦If hand washing, turn inside out and wash gently
- ✦Do not scrub embroidered areas
- ✦Store flat or on a padded hanger
- ✦Handle with care to preserve embroidery
General Care
- ✦Store in the provided dust bag when not in use
- ✦Keep away from perfume and body oils when possible
