Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping (2–3 business days) and overnight options are also available. Free standard shipping on orders over $150.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items and limited edition pieces are final sale. Please contact us at hello@luxurvin.com to initiate a return.

Our robes are designed with a relaxed, flowing fit. We recommend sizing up if you prefer a more dramatic drape. Each product page includes a detailed size guide. When in doubt, our team is happy to help. Just reach out.

Most of our robes recommend gentle hand washing in cold water or dry cleaning. Lay flat to dry; never wring or tumble dry. Iron on the lowest setting with a pressing cloth if needed. Full care instructions are included with each piece and on the product page.

Yes! All Luxurvin orders come in our signature luxury packaging. If you would like to add a personal note, you can include one at checkout. Gift wrapping upgrades are coming soon.
